Which one do you actually need?
A rekey swaps the pins inside your existing lock so it answers to a new key and nothing else. A change swaps the whole unit. Solid hardware gets rekeyed; tired hardware gets replaced. We look at the lock and say which, plainly, before touching a screwdriver.
